The beauty industry finds this oil effective in inducing hair growth, minimizing the appearance of wrinkles and reducing cellulite because it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Andiroba oil has become a popular ingredient among the skincare industry’s anti-aging products because of its alpha-hydroxyl acids that has been found to increase collagen in the skin. Collagen makes skin plump and prevents it from drooping and being baggy.
Our Andiroba Oil is golden in color and has a mild fruity scent. It possesses a unique combination of important fatty acids and other beneficial compounds. It is comprised of approximately 15-30% saturated, 45-57% monounsaturated and 25-31% polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is highly emollient and is an effective moisturizing oil for products intended to sooth and protect dry, cracked and problem skin. This oil penetrates the skin quickly, acting as an exceptional emollient carrier oil. An added advantage is that bugs strongly dislike it.

Citronella Oil is extracted from a resilient grass (Cymbopogon nardus) native to Sri Lanka and Java. It is a very aromatic perennial that grows approximately 1 meter (3 feet) in height.
Citronella essential oil was traditionally used to prevent food spoilage due to fungus and bacteria. The citronella plant belongs to the same family as lemongrass and palmarosa grasses.
What is the Spiritual and Emotional Influence? Citronella essential oil helps to release the energy of punishment and distrust that creates anger, frustration and separation from self and source. It helps to calm the emotional and mental bodies so that one can resolve the inner reasons for the conflict.
This oil instills trust and connection to source which helps us embrace and accept ourself and all of life’s rewards. It asks us to evaluate the things that “bug us” or irritate us on a deeper level. Once we do, we may find those pesky annoyances are exactly the things we need to be more accepting of in others so we can accept ourselves.

While many companies carry bath salts, few carry authentic Dead Sea Mineral Salts. Normal ocean sea salts have only approximately 3.5% mineral content, whereas those from the Dead Sea are approximately 58% mineral! As a consumer this means that the drastically higher concentrations of magnesium, potassium and calcium are much more effective at soothing the skin, drawing out toxins and impurities, easing aches and pains, not to mention the role it plays as an anti-bacterial agent in formulations.
The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with far greater concentrations of minerals than any ocean (a concentration of 32% minerals compared to other seas, holding approximately 3%). Bromides and Iodine are present in Dead Sea Salt, including other minerals in a dried form, such as Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium and Potassium. All these minerals work together as regulators of cell activity and daily functioning, relieving muscular pain and stabilizing fluid levels in the body.
Our Dead Sea Salt variety is white in color and has a consistency similar to table salt. The rough nature of the salt lends itself to skin scrubs (exfoliation) and can also be used with Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate). We recommend you try Dead Sea Salt as a body scrub or just as a relaxing additive to your baths.
Body Scrub & Soak Recipe: In a small bowl mix 6 drops Lemon, 6 drops Grapefruit Pink, 6 drops Mandarin Essential Oils and 3 teaspoon honey into 2 cups Dead Sea Salts. Hop into the bath water and wet your body (don’t make the water too hot or you will get sleepy and not refreshed). Stand up in the bath and take a handful of the salt mixture at a time and scrub down your entire body. Let the mixture fall into the tub. Soak for no more than 20 minutes as this mixture is to refresh and rejuvenate. Massage your entire body with Jojoba oil blended with your favorite essential oil combination and allow the oil to absorb into your skin.
