Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS with tracking. All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no extra customs fees. Standard delivery: 5–10 business days.

Canadian Customers

Orders ship via Canada Post with tracking. Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days.

EU Customers

Orders ship via DHL Global Mail and are delivered by your local postal service. Delivery is typically 5–10 business days. Duty delivery paid, no extra fees.

Order Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Weather & Product Conditions

In warm climates, body and hair butters may arrive melted. This only affects appearance — refrigerate to solidify if needed.

In colder climates, semi-solid oils may arrive hardened. Warm the bottle in hot water or store in a warmer space to liquify naturally.

Canadian Taxes

Customers in HST-participating provinces will be charged applicable HST rates:
