Return Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product seal has not been broken
  • The item has not been used

We cannot accept returns on any used products or items with broken seals. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been submitted to the shipping carrier. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it.
