Usage

Use diluted - 50:50 dilution (one part essential oil: one part of carrier oil). Then, apply several drops (2-4) on location, ankles and wrists, Apply to chakras/vitaflex points . Directly inhale or diffuse.

History This Cedarwood originated in the Atlas Mountains in North Africa. In former times, linen chests were frequently crafted from this wood to keep moths out. To date, clothes hangers are frequently crafted from this wood. The ancient Egyptians already used this oil, namely to embalm, for cosmetics and perfumery.

• Diffuse: Add 3–6 drops to a diffuser filled with water. Run for 15–30 minutes at a time.
• Topical use (always dilute): Mix with a carrier oil (jojoba, rosehip, Abyssinian and etc.).
o Face: 1 drop essential oil in 1 tsp (5 ml) carrier oil (about 1%).
o Body: 2–3 drops in 1 tsp (5 ml) carrier oil (about 2–3%).
Apply to pulse points, neck, or body as needed.
• Bath: Mix 3–5 drops first into 1 tbsp (15 ml) carrier oil or unscented bath base, then add to bathwater.
• Aroma steam (inhalation): Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of hot water, inhale gently for a few minutes.
