DIY VITAMIN C SERUM RECIPE: 2 tsp distilled water, 1/4 tsp ascorbic acid powder, optional 1/4 tsp vegetable glycerin. Add the ascorbic acid to the distilled water and stir to dissolve (Use a wooden spatula for mixing, don't use any metal spoons). Add glycerin, stir gently and then pour the serum into a clean bottle with a lid.
DIRECTIONS
Place a couple of drops of serum into your palms, rub gently and press into your skin. Use twice daily. People will generally start to see results within 4-6 weeks of use. You will see great improvements with continued use over 6 months.
You might feel a slight stinging sensation, it's ok, that's how Vitamin C works.

Wintergreen Essential Oil contains 85-99% of methyl salicylate the same active ingredient as birch and is beneficial in massage for soothing head tension and muscles after exercising. This is a key oil in the Raindrop Technique.

It is interesting that this plant associates with many of our senses: smell, taste, touch and hearing (sound). Wintergreen essential oil can penetrate deep within the body it can increase the vibration of the body and enhancing sound on all levels. The odor alone is said to do this.

Ylang-ylang Essential Oil is extracted from Cananga odorata – also known as flower of flowers. It is a tall tropical tree about 20meters (60 feet) high with large, tender, fragrant pink, mauve or yellow flowers. The yellow heads are viewed as being the best in terms of quality. There are several grades of Ylang-ylang essential oil which are extracted at different times during the flower's lengthy distillation. These grades are referred to as extra, I, II, & III.

Ylang Ylang oil is steam distilled from the flowers of the tree. And means “flower of flower” among other things. It has been used customarily for promoting thick beautiful hair as well as smooth skin.

Ylang Ylang Oil has been used to balance male and female energies so one can achieve a state of harmony.
